Midterm Proposal


I would like to pursue the idea of a deconstructed pork tenderloin with a rosemary, cayenne, salt, and pepper rub. With a salad containing mixed greens, veggies, and a homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing. This meal would also be paired with a chardonnay wine to compliment the meat, the rub and dressing for the salad would all be deconstructed and presented using the flavor printer.
